How BeeOmetrics partners are helping protect pollinators and boost biodiversity
As BeeOmetrics continues to grow across Europe, one thing becomes clear: our partners play a central role in advancing science-based biodiversity monitoring and shaping a more nature-positive future. Their engagement, their stories, and their voices make this EIC-funded initiative truly impactful.
Crop’s: how a grower is acting for pollinators and sustainability
Crop’s, a long-standing grower and producer of high-quality frozen fruits, vegetables, and ready meals, has been part of the BeeOmetrics journey from the very beginning.
In this inspiring video, Joachim Hollevoet, Sustainability Manager, shares Crop’s commitment to sustainable agriculture and explains why participating in BeeOmetrics aligns with their long-term vision.
Our CEO Michael van Cutsem offers a high-level look at the project and its mission to link wild bee activity with environmental health. Nicolas Nardellotto then takes viewers behind the scenes, showing how BeeOtels help collect standardized data on wild bees as bioindicators.
Earthworm Foundation: scaling impact for nature and people
Earthworm Foundation, a global non-profit committed to creating scalable solutions for nature and people, also shared their experience with BeeOmetrics.
In their video, Pauline Caron, Project Officer in agroforestry, speaks about her passion for working hand in hand with farmers and partners to restore ecosystems through innovative solutions. Quentin Meekers, BeeOmetrics project lead, explains how we collaborate in the field to combine local expertise, science, and data.
Thank you to all our partners
BeeOmetrics would not exist without the commitment of the companies, NGOs, growers and research partners who contribute to this ambitious effort. Their involvement strengthens the scientific value of the project and accelerates the transition toward regenerative practices.
Together, we are building the foundations for a future where biodiversity and business thrive side by side.
